Your privacy rights

You can ask us to:

How to ask

Write to our e-mail address and say which right you want to use. If you have a Lamp account, write from the address on the account so we can confirm it is you. It is free.

When we answer

Within one month. If a request is complex, we may need up to two more months, and we tell you so within the first month.

If you are not satisfied

You can complain to a data protection authority, in particular in the EU country where you live or work.
